College Cosmos go purple in the MV for Yume wa Iijiwaru and dance in an office building for their Kigou Nanka Janai Watashitachi wa MV.
Out March 6th, the single will be a triple a-side release alongside Kotoba no Mizu wo Roka Shitai.
It’s been a while since we got to hear from College Cosmos, the idol group that is well known for having a member of Country Girls within their lineup. But, they’re more than that and the surprise reveal of 2 MVs thankfully shows off their talent for everyone to enjoy.

Kicking us off we get an MV packed with purple outfits and purple everything. It’s pretty calm for the most part, with the song following an upbeat ballad sound that is truly catchy and will be stuck in your mind for a long time. But, it’s not only the song that works well, since the way that the scenes change make for a rather impressive treat.
There are boxes floating around, there are circles passing in front of the members, and there are lines flashing in front of our eyes. It’s pretty well done, since it doesn’t distract too much but it does add some variety to what would be an otherwise generic MV with a handful of scenes.
Yume wa Iijiwaru
College Cosmos
Are the architects in charge of making the buildings secretly thinking “This building is going to be used for offices and business stuff, but I’ll make it so that a group of idols can easily dance here”? Maybe, but the setting used for Yume wa Iijiwaru works surprisingly well as the members sing through each scene.
We get to see them chilling on some colorful seats, dancing in the giant space and on the 2nd floor, and more. Heck, we even get some scenes of the MV as seen through the lens of an old fashioned camera, which helps give the video a nice vintage touch. Add in a song with a rather modern idol sound and you have yourself a truly delightful MV.
So, are the 2 MVs good? Absolutely, in fact, College Cosmos show what they’re capable of in this release. It’s unfortunate that at the moment they’re known mostly as “that group with Yamaki Risa”, but this release is sure to make listeners see that they’re quite the talented group.
For now, enjoy the MVs above and check out the singles below!
