Details for Morning Musume 17‘s 63rd single titled BRAND NEW MORNING / Jealousy Jealousy have been released.

Out March 8th, the single will be released in 5 editions.

So it seems that we’re not only going to get 2 songs as we had previously thought, but instead we’re getting a grand total of 4 songs. However, it’s only the SP version that is getting those 4 songs, with the rest of the versions getting the traditional 2 song / 2 instrumental format.

Despite that, fans who get this version will be able to enjoy Morning Miso Shiru as one of the tracks. This updated Morning Coffee song is sure to be a nice addition.

The most interesting part of the track list is the fact that the notorious Sashining Musume song Get You! will be included. It’s a 1st for the group who has long seen AKB48 as a rival, but it’s a pleasant surprise as the two most well known idol acts in Japan collaborate to release some music for fans.

BRAND NEW MORNING has a cool EDM feel to it with a mature touch and the line We are BRAND NEW MORNING sends chills down your spine because of the power behind the rapping vocals. On the other hand, Jealousy Jealousy kicks off with a violin and has a more sexy feel to it that brings to mind Kanashimi Twilight but the addition of a rapping segment is a refreshing touch similar to Nanchatte Renai.
