Juice=Juice member Miyamoto Karin has regained her voice and will once again perform with the group.

Miyamoto Karin had been diagnosed with functional dysphonia which made her unable to sing or speak. As a result she had to go on hiatus as she worked through treatment.

According to a note by Up-Front Link, the decision for her to comeback from her hiatus came as a result of a discussion with her parents, her doctor, and Karin. She will perform for the first time at the Juice=Juice Live Around 2017 ~Seven Horizon~ performance at Yokohama Bay Hall on August 31st.

Karin will also form part of the upcoming Hello! Project 2017 SUMMER ~HELLO! MEETING HIROSHIMA~ and the Juice=Juice Live Around 2017 ~World Tour~.

This is incredible news, especially for Karin who had been unable to sing or speak for so long. Of course, we hope that she is able to take it slow for some time in order to fully ensure that she will be able to remain healthy.

For now, all we can do is celebrate and hope that fans are ready for a full Juice=Juice experience at the end of this month. Welcome back Karin!
