All The MVs For fairy w!nk’s Debut Single “Tenshi wa Doko ni Iru?” Are Out

fairy w!nk have released all of the MVs from their debut single titled Tenshi wa Doko ni Iru?

Out December 13th, the single will be released in 2 editions: Type A and Type B.

This single will include a track from the following groups:

fairy w!nk (Aramaki Misaki and Unjo Hirona)
Shirai Kotono
FuuSae (Murase Sae and Yagura Fuuko)
Kiss no Tempura (Kitahara Rie, Miyazaki Miho, Oya Shizuka)

Kicking off this single we have the fairy wing-wearing duo made up of Aramaki and Hirona. It’s an extremely well done ballad packed full of electronic elements that are just light enough to give the song a well rounded sound.

A solid song needs an impressive MV and thankfully this MV doesn’t skimp on quality. Each scene is colorful with a some art inspiration here and there, like the scene of the two with “love” and “hate” on their lips. This is a surprisingly good start to a promising single!

How about some trumpets? FuuSae’s song is a ballad but the lively instrumental with trumpets help give the song a catchy sound. The scenes of them eating ice cream in the bath are fairly well done, but the classical look of the set they’re in is just fancy enough to make the song worth checking out.

Dare ni mo Iwanaide (Type A Exclusive)
Shirai Kotono

Shirai is the only soloist for this release and her song might be among the best for this single. Her song has a fairly upbeat sound with a light guitar playing in the instrumental, which helps break the monotony of the ballads. It’s a playful MV and one that is well worth a look for the many panda references.

Bokutachi no Chikyuu (Type B Exclusive)
Kiss no Tenpura

Kiss no Tenpura, or Kiss Ten for short, take a page out of SCANDAL’s book and have a song with a distinct girl rock sound. Scenes of the playing instruments play in a colorful, lip-packed setting making for a fun song that no one should miss out on.

Overall this single is by far one of my favorite’s so far to come from AKB48. Sure, it’s not a main single but the amount of personality that each group has is matched with their respective songs. Hopefully we get to see these units continue in some way (probably not), but for now please check them all out!
