UP UP GIRLS (2) Add 2 New Members

UP UP GIRLS (2) have added 2 new members 2 their lineup.

It has been a while since we last heard of an addition to UP UP GIRLS (2), but thankfully it seems like the group is growing even more with the recent addition of 2 new members.

up up girls 2 nakagawa chihiro — Nakagawa Chihiro

Nakagawa Chihiro is from Shizuoka. She is 13 years old and was born on September 3, 2004. According to her profile, her special skills include English and karate which are both pretty awesome (especially the English part).

up up girls 2 honoka sasaki — Honoka Sasaki

Honoka Sasaki is from the Fukuoka prefecture. She is 12 and was born on January 30, 2006. Her skills include dancing and karate, which are both great skills to have in the idol world.

Their first release with the group will be on August 7th in a currently untitled single. However, the new lineup will debut on May 1st at an FC exclusive event.

We’re unsure if they were added because they are great at karate, but they both seem pretty talented. Surprisingly, this move gives UP UP GIRLS (2) more members than their original sister group UP UP GIRLS (Kakko Kari). Is this a sign that UUG (2) will be pushed more now? Time will tell.
