Yurumerumo!, also known as You’ll Melt More!, have released the MV for their track titled Watashi e.
Out now, the track is part of their latest best of album titled Ongaku yo Maware! Music Go Round – Yuru Best!
Do you remember 2015? Yurumerumo! fans might remember a release called YOU ARE THE WORLD which featured a track called Watashi e. It was a different time back then with them having a 6 member lineup, so an update was definitely needed for newer fans of the group.
Thankfully, that’s exactly what we get today with an MV packed with simple scenes of the members out and about the streets. Not much else happens, but the scenes of them strolling at night are relaxing and go perfectly with the electronic beat of the song and confident singing of the members.
I’ve never heard the original but I imagine the modern rendition is a pretty nice song that fans, both old and new, are sure to adore. If you prefer the original, you can at least enjoy the scenes of them singing at night, so it’s a win-win for everyone.
