SILENT SIREN jam out with Poppin’ Party in the collaboration MVs for NO GIRL NO CRY.
Out May 19th, the single will be released in a SILENT SIREN version and a Poppin’ Party version.
This is a special SILENT SIREN release since we’re getting two versions of their latest single due to the collaboration with Poppin’ Party, a group I had no idea existed until now. So, what can we expect from this unique collaboration?
The MV is the same for SILENT SIREN and Poppin’ Party, except for a few solo shots of the vocalists and members. The main shot shows off the two groups as they meet on stage and dance along to the beat of the song. Simple, but we only have around a minute to enjoy so it works well.
NO GIRL NO CRY has the same instrumental for both versions, but the main difference comes down to the vocals. SILENT SIREN’s version is a bit softer since Sumire has a softer voice.
But, for this release I’ll have to give it to Poppin’ Party for having the best version since their vocalist does a fantastic job of adding in energy to each line. This is the first time I’ve heard of them but I’ll be checking their music out for sure.
