Nogizaka46 dance around school in the MV for Yonbanme no Hikari and show off some drone views in the MV for Kassouro.
Out May 29th, the tracks are part of their 23rd single titled Sing Out!
After singing in a theater Sing Out!, trading bodies for Heikousen, and giving us some student/teacher fanservice in No You na Sonzai, we’re finally reaching the end of this single. It’s been a long journey but the 2 MVs left are the perfect way to cap off the trip, and boy, they’re worth it.
Yonbanme no Hikari
Yonbame no Hikari takes us to a school where we get to see a group of Nogizaka46 members as they do a variety of things. They stare at the camera, draw on the chalkboard, and dance while sitting on chairs. It’s a pretty basic MV, but the soft melody we get to listen is comforting and matches the look of the scenes.
The standout scene of this MV is one that shows off the members as they dance in a room full of colored paper. It’s not as epic as the main MV for Sing Out! but you have to admit that it looks beautiful.
Next up is Kassouro, an MV that is packed to the brim with an artistic mix of scenes. Most of the shots show off the members as they walk around town while we get to see them from far above. It’s a rather interesting look, but one that works perfectly with the modern beat of the song in a simple way.
This will be the first Nogizaka46 single for many since they have been notorious for blocking their MVs overseas. But, it was a pleasant trip that shows that they are doing some creative stuff when compared to other groups.
Grab a copy of that single if you haven’t already!
