NMB48 go retro in the colorful MV for Gattsuki Girls.
Out August 14th, the track is part of NMB48’s 21st single titled Bokou e Kaere!
After hitting us with nostalgia in Bokou e Kaere!, NMB48 are continuing their latest single with a colorful MV that shows off the members in an old-fashioned set of scenes.
From ordering a plate of doughnuts, to cooking up a dish in a kitchen, filling up a shopping cart on the streets, or jamming out, there’s a lot to see and a lot of fun to be had. The retro feel of each scene is delightful, and works well to make this MV stand out.
It helps that the song Gattsuki Girls is fun and fast paced, with some great guitar and drum playing included. The vocals are fun and lighthearted, with some fun additions thrown in. I’d place this song as one of the best for this release mainly because of the vocals, so if you’re looking for something upbeat you’ll be hard pressed to find something better.
