Morning Musume ’17 show off their rapper side in the MV for Jealousy Jealousy

Momusu never disappoint, and with their latest release they bring back something that hasn’t been done in a while: rapping. It’s a solid release and a perfect followup for their other a-side BRAND NEW MORNINGCross over the line and check out this MV!

callme bring us happiness and boxes in the MV for Bring you happiness

callme have a unique, mature sound that has been gaining traction with each and every release. Their latest MV is no different with a catchy and upbeat sound for fans to enjoy. Question is, how many boxes can an idol carry?

Saiki Reika and Ladybeard team up for the muscle-packed idol unit DEADLIFT LOLITA

Ladybeard is back! Teaming up with muscle idol Saiki Reika they share some more information and release some previews for fans to get a taste of their music. Flex your finger and click above to find out more.

Yarn bombed forest? Yukueshirezu Tsurezure go natural in the MV for MISS SINS

Tsurezure have slowly been gaining traction with their releases that manage to combine the calmness of an idol with the harsh vocals of hardcore music. Thankfully, the wait for their latest single is over. Make sure to check it out if you’re planning to go to their live in Canada!

BiSH and Ling Ling’s hair go to the stars in the MV for Promise The Star

How can a punk styled, non-idol unit show off their edginess? With a ballad of course, and a fairly solid one at that. Helicopter pad dance shot, colorful Ling Ling hair, and more. It’s on the calmer side but a treat to enjoy since there are plenty of solo lines.

AKB48 and all the ’48’s show off their MVs for Shoot Sign

AKB48 are one of those groups that go all out for their singles, and this one is no different. Packed full of MVs for fans to enjoy from the main groups, it’s safe to say that this release is sure to please many!

Notable mentions:

Jyu Jyu are an interesting unit. While other dark idol units go for for screaming and hard instrumental sounds, they instead go for a slightly classical, unsettling theme. Their sweet voices combine perfectly with the sinister music, making for a delightfully dark song.

Their latest single Kuro Ito is set to be released March 14th, so if you’re a fan of dark idols and chandeliers I’d wholeheartedly recommend them.
