Former Country Girls member Inaba Manaka has announced her return to Hello! Project.
Inaba went on hiatus in April 2016 as a result of her asthma symptoms which worsened after her move to Tokyo to be part of the group. An announcement was done in August that revealed that she had graduated from Country Girls. However, it was found that her symptoms had stabilized since Spring and they talked with her parents and doctor about a return.
It was decided that she would restart her activities in Sapporo and will now be the leader of the Hokkaido Kenshuusei while they observe her condition. Efforts will be made to focus her activities in her hometown.
Her first performance will be on September 18th at the Hello! Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido -Teiki Kouen- Vol.4.
Not many members who leave for health reasons make a comeback, but thankfully it seems like Inaba has had an opportunity to recover. Hopefully with her focus in Hokkaido she will be able to maintain her asthma stable and not worry about any other allergies that could trigger her symptoms.
