SKE48 turn up the passion in the intense MV for their 23rd single titled Ikinari Punchline.

Out July 4th, the single will feature Jurina Matsui as center.

What happens when you combine trumpets, random bursts of fire, and a ton of flashy red outfits? You get the latest SKE48 MV of course, and boy, is it intense.

During most of the MV we get to see SKE48 as they perform on stage wearing red outfits. The shots of them dancing along with the closeups of them singing to the camera make up the bulk of the MV, with the random fire and cheering crowd adding a touch of uniqueness.

As for the song, Ikinari Punchline has an interesting theme. The trumpets give it an exotic sound that pairs well with the passionate dance moves we see. But, at times the song seems to lack a certain something to make it truly unique. Yes, it’s an awesome song but a few small changes could have made it even better.
