Perfume have released the covers for their 7th album titled Future Pop.

Out August 15th, the album will be released in 4 editions.

So, I’ll just go out and say it: the covers are not the most inspired. The Regular cover shows off the group as they pose in the middle of the web of light which is fairly decent and honestly pretty cool. However, the Limited edition seems like something that was done in a rush and has a general “meh” feeling to it.

Maybe they spent too much time putting up the web of lights? Or maybe they hand drew every single line in the Limited edition? Whatever the case, the covers could have used a little bit more work.

While the covers might not be the best, we can at least look forward to the MV which should be out pretty soon. Check them out below and stay tuned for more!
