Zenbu Kimi no Sei Da channel their inner vampire in the MV for Romance Sect.
Out now, the single will be a double a-side release alongside Natural Born Independent.
Vampires and idols are both not things you would normally see in the same sentence. One of them sucks blood and sparkles in the sunlight, the other is a group of girls who wear color coordinated clothes and dance in front of fans. Well, Zenbu Kimi no Sei Da are taking the two and combining them for their latest MV for a rather dark and surprising result.
It’s a unique MV for sure, since the members of Zenbu Kimi no Sei Da show off their new vampire fang look as they jam out with a band. Will they use the fangs while singing live? Probably not since they wouldn’t be able to sing well, but it’s a nice touch to add in there.
What is pretty amazing about the MV is how well the dark scenes match with the music. The song is intense, packed with guitars and drums to the brim, with the vocals helping to soften the sound a bit and give it a dreamy feel. But, the scenes are pretty dark, which help get the point across that it is a darker release for this creepy cute idol group.
