In this week’s Shuukan Idol, we have a rather calm week with a handful of MV releases from Rosario Cross, Dempagumi.inc, Wa-suta, NMB48, and Kamiyado. Add in an NMB48 graduation and you’ll have our 7 highlights of the week!

Most people are familiar with Godzilla, a lovable giant lizard who wrecks cities. Now replace the giant lizard with a group of idols and have them dance instead of destroying the city and you’ll have a good idea what to expect for Rosario Cross’s latest single. It’s a simple but happy release that’s sure to please fans of the group!
> Dempagumi.inc explore a new world in Oyasumi Polaris Sayonara Parallel World
Moga might be gone. But, the new Dempagumi.inc is showing us their new world by introducing us with their newest lineup. In their latest MV we get to see them perform together as they walk around wearing plastic helmets. Add in a guy playing keyboard like there is no tomorrow and you’ll have a good idea of what to expect.
> Wa-suta get dreamy in the colorful MV for WELCOME TO DREAM
Wa-suta are a pretty colorful group, and their latest MV is nothing short of incredibly colorful. In this MV we get to see them sing as they take selfies, dance along to one of the catchiest songs ever released, and dance on a clock. Keep your fingers crossed for a physical release because this song is amazing!
> NMB48 march into darkness in Yokubomono
Apocalyptic MVs are pretty awesome and scary. But, in the MV for NMB48’s latest single we get to see them march in formation to a song packed full of piano. It’s epic, so make sure to check it out above!
> Kamiyado party hard in HAPPY PARTY NIGHT
Partying hard is something that Kamiyado does frequently and boy, do they go crazy. In their latest MV we get to see them as they manage a karaoke place and dance along to a pretty chill electronic beat. It’s an awesome MV that’s worth a look, so make sure to enjoy it above.
> NMB48’s Nakano Reina is graduating
Graduations are usually a sad occasion, but this time we have a good reason to celebrate. Reina has recently announced her decision to become a teacher. Check out the post above for more details, congratulations Reina!

This week we have Task have fun and their MV for their 6th single titled Kimi Nanda Kara.
If you’re into upbeat and catchy idol releases then you’re in for a treat. In the latest MV for Task have fun, we get to see the trio as they dance in a triangle packed release.
The main shot of them performing shows them dancing. To some, this is pretty standard for an idol release, but the cool part is that there are several dance shots layered above each other which change every time a triangle appears. It’s a pretty cool effect that goes well with the fun song that they sing.
Unfortunately, the single is not available to purchase outside of Japan. But, the MV is amazing so make sure to check it out and give it a like to help support them!
