Erabareshi go to school with a drawing in the MV for their 6th single titled Gyakkyou Nonfiction.
Out January 23rd, the single will be released in 8 editions.
Something we don’t see much nowadays are idol MVs with manga. Thankfully, Erabareshi are here to change that with their latest MV for Gyakkyou Nonfiction.
Kicking us off, we get to see the members doing normal school things, like laying on top of desks, dancing on the school courtyard, and posing cutely around the school. It’s a standard school MV for the most part, but what makes it special is the fact that a manga drawing appears from time to time to do a pose. It’s a cute touch and one that sets the MV apart from other groups.
One thing to note about the song is that it does have a fairly long intro. It might be done to introduce the members for those who might not be too familiar with them, but it was an odd choice since it makes the MV a tad longer.
Despite that, the rest of the song has a fantastic sound that fans are sure to adore. The happy beat pairs beautifully with the vocals of the members, making for a fantastic release for those who enjoy upbeat releases. It also has the plus of making the drawings a bit more epic so that’s always welcome.
