=LOVE cross paths at night in the MV for Niji no Moto.

Out now, the track is part of their 5th single titled Sagase Diamond Lily.

After following Nagisa in the MV for Sagase Diamond Lily and rocking out in the amazing MV for Iranai Twin Tail, we’re taking a break from the excitement for something with a more serious tone. Enter Noguchi Iori and Sasaki Maika, two =LOVE members who star in an MV that shows off a story of growing up.

To start, we get to see Iori and Maika as they spend a rainy day on top of a high school. These scenes are perfectly done, showing off a dull sky and colors as we see the members sing to the sky. However, there are additional scenes of the two as adults, walking the city at night and eventually crossing paths.

It’s these scenes that tie the MV together, working well with the emotional tone of the ballad we listen throughout. For some, the ballad might be a bit too slow but those who listen to the song will be pleased to hear the passion behind each line. This energy is the perfect way to cap off this single release, and one that shows off just how versatile =LOVE are.

I’m a big Nagisa fan but the fact that we get to see other members in this release is a breathe of fresh air. I’d highly encourage everyone to see this MV!
