Uemura Akari To Release 1st PB

Juice=Juice’s Uemura Akari will release her 1st PB titled AKARI.

The photobook was shot in Okinawa and will feature a DVD with a Making-of DVD.

Karin already had a chance to release a PB herself so it’s great to see another member get a chance to shine with a release of her own. Of course not much information is known at the moment but we should be getting a cover hopefully at the end of the month with some previews being released shortly after.

The release date is set for October 24.

A full preview for C-ute’s 28th single titled Arashi wo Okosunda Exciting Fight! has been released.

We’ve heard a short preview that was released recently, but now we get to listen to the full song and it can be best summed up with one word: epic. Exciting, full of guitars, and fast paced to make for an amazing song that matches the title well.

So far we’ve heard at least one-half of this double a-side single but if Arigatou ~ Mugen no Yell sounds as great as this song then we’re in for an amazing release.

The release date is set for 10/28.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu To Host Fuji TV Show “Sekai no Nanda Kore!? Mystery”

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu will be the host of the upcoming Fuji TV variety show titled Sekai no Nanda Kore!? Mystery.

She will be joined by the comedy group Ameagari Kesshitai where they will cover paranormal phenomena, strange animals, and unsolved historical mysteries.

The concept of the show is a bit weird, but then again so is the famous Kyary so it seems to fit in perfectly with her personality. Check out the show once it starts airing!

The show will start this October on Wednesdays at 8 PM.

Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku have just announced the release of their new single titled Super Hero.

There will be three editions of the release: Regular, Limited A, and Limited B.

New releases are always great for fans and it seems like this one was received with great joy as it was announced at a recent event for the group. It seems to have a unique concept with the girls wearing superhero capes so might we see an upbeat song? Only time will tell, but make sure to grab a copy if you’re a fan of the group!

The release date is set for October 21.

Happiness To Release New Single Titled “Holiday”

Happiness have announced they will release a new single titled Holiday.

This will be the first release since November of last year’s Seek a Light.This release will feature an updated version of Friends.

Seeing bands release new material after a break is always great news and from what I can hear it’s definitely going to be a solid release for fans of this rap styled group.

The release date is set for October 14.

Hatsune Miku 1st Nationwide Japan Tour Announced

Hatsune Miku has announced her 1st nationwide tour titled HATSUNE MIKU EXPO 2016 Japan Tour across Japan in 2016.

More Miku love is appreciated so fans are definitely in for a treat. This seems to be an extension from the world tour that the popular Vocaloid idol has been going through so it seems like a unique chance to see this digital idol perform.

If you’re in the area make sure to get your tickets!

The tour will begin on March 23 – April 10 with 7 performances across 5 cities.

Up Up Girls “Appaare” Lyric Video Released

A lyric video for Up Up Girl’s Appaare has been released.

Summer might be over, but apparently Up Up Girls are still celebrating since the song is quite upbeat and perfect for some late splashing in the pool. Surprisingly among all of the disco songs and Halloween themes we’ve had so far I’m definitely liking this great song, it stands out from the typical songs from other groups.

Morning Musume ’15 “One and Only” To Be Used As Theme Song For J-MELO

Up-Front Link have just announced that Morning Musume 15’s new song One and Only will be used as the theme song for J-MELO.

The song will have English lyrics.

Being a long time Momusu fan I’m quite excited to see how far the group has come, and with a new name change and a more international presence it seems like a natural step to release a song in English.

I’m looking forward to finding out more about this release but for now we’ll have to wait and see how the song sounds when the new theme song is released.

Kikka is quite the underrated idol with an amazing voice and presence, so it’s a relief to see that the covers for her 3rd release are looking amazing so far. They do have an interesting picture frame theme to them with Kikka wearing her usual pure white dress alongside a feathered outfit.

Definitely a fan of the Limited edition even though it slightly reminds me of The Ring where Sadako crawls out from the TV, but so far it seems like a solid release with 10 tracks.

The release date is set for October 14.
