Ganbare! Victory “Seishun! Hero” MV Released

Ganbare! Victory Seishun! Hero

Ganbare! Victory has released the MV for their 3rd single titled Seishun! Hero.

With a name like Seishun! Hero it brings to mind a youthful and upbeat song that gets you pumped up for any situation and it seems like that is the perfect description for this song.

With a catchy pop sound that is sure to have you cheering alongside them, this song manages to capture an energetic feel.

Likewise, the MV features the members rocking out in different locations on their instruments, with a cartoon image of a baseball player working out. This alone makes for a unique and home feel to the release, so it’s well worth a look for fans of Silent Siren and SCANDAL.

We’ll have to wait just a few more weeks until the January 27th release date, but it seems like a must-have for fans of the group!

STEREO JAPAN has released the MV for their 2nd EP Ibiza track titled Buddhist Bounce.

January 23rd is the date of release for this packed EP and while there are only 5 tracks it seems like a must have release!

STEREO JAPAN Buddhist Bounce

  1. Buddhist Bounce
  2. MATSURI
  3. healing you
  4. Blow Your Mind
  5. NEXT

It seems like Stereo Tokyo are at it again, with a catchy EDM release that mixes in their idol persona with a nice beat that is sure to light up any party.

The title is a bit interesting, but in a way the song does have a Japanese feel to it that adds to the unique feel. Likewise, the monks in white robes and baskets that appear alongside the group are a nice touch, that add in a cool look while the members perform.

This is a must see for fans of techno songs, especially since the group seem to be at the forefront of the new idol EDM wave!

Yoshida Rinne “Chitose Tsuzuri” MV Released

Yoshida Rinne Chitose Tsuzuri

Yoshida Rinne has released an MV for her track titled Chitose Tsuzuri.

January 23rd is the release, so it seems like we’re in for a great start for the year. Of course, the question is, is it a good start?

The song is the theme song for a horror game titled Iwai Hime while the b-side track is set as the ending theme so it seems like promotion is solid.

Likewise the music is catchy and soft, perfectly matching her voice in a way that makes for an amazing winter song. Sure, the MV isn’t too complex, but with a soft song like this it seems like a perfect way to promote it.

Fans of ballads and cute idols will be pleased!

AOP Zenryoku Batan Q Osomatsu-san Cover

Anime themes are usually upbeat and catchy, and this one is no exception. With a Japanese influence alongside the beat, it seems like the group is slowly but surely becoming an authority on anime songs. The temple setting is a treat, and the colorful outfits are cute, all combining to form a must see MV for fans of the anime or idol music in general.

ROCK A JAPONICA “World Piece” MV Released

ROCK A JAPONICA World Piece

ROCK A JAPONICA has unleashed the MV for their track titled World Piece.

Being the newest group from 3b Junior is interesting since they are free to establish a sound and image. With a happy idol sound, the members draw pentagrams on the floor and transport themselves to a magical land of color and illusions, typical school girl things.

With a catchy beat, I can say that World Peace is a nice start for the group, not the a perfect one, but one in a good direction.

January 27 is the release date, so we’re just a few weeks away from an epic single!

FEMM “PoW!” MV Released

FEMM

FEMM has released the MV for their major debut single titled PoW!

The track is one-half of their double a-side debut titled PoW!/LCS.

FEMM are somewhat popular already outside of Japan, with their tracks being shared by high-profile people around the world. It might be due to their catchy beats, or their unique style nested in their mannequin style, but it’s safe to say this duo are a breath of fresh air.

The group are on the rap side, featuring a Kyary Pamyu Pamyu style for their MVs with visuals that are nice and colorful. The mannequin theme is cool, but since I’m not that big into rap I can’t speak much about the actual song.

Despite that, the group are among the most unique, and worth a look. The release date is set for February 3, so we’re looking at a release that’s less than a month away. Make sure to get a copy of this interesting mannequin duo’s single!

Momoiro Clover Z “Hakkin no Yoake” MV Released

Momoiro Clover Z Hakkin no Yoake

Momoiro Clover Z has released the MV for their 4th album titled Hakkin no Yoake.

The video itself is a perfect gift for fans to enjoy. Sure, we are basically looking at around 6 minutes of the members alternating between looking at the camera with a serious expression and smiling, but we get to see many shots of the members that show off many locations as they grew into the group they are today.

Hakkin no Yoake by itself is a sweet ballad that fans can enjoy with the winter coming. Perfect for those calm nights, it’s a nice example of what the group is capable of.

Valentines Day will be close to the February 17 release date, so it will be a sweet release to get!

Nogizaka46’s Fukagawa Mai To Graduate

Nogizaka46 Fukagawa Mai

Nogizaka46’s Fukagawa Mai has announced her graduation from the group.

The main reason for her leaving is that she decided to graduate to start a new life. It’s fresh to see that there are no other main reasons for her graduation but it’s natural for her to want to see what else there is to do outside of the group.

As per usual the graduation date isn’t known, but her last single will be the group’s 14th single that will be released March 23rd.

What’s interesting to note is that she will be in the events to promote the blog, but it seems like we’re seeing a graduation a month or so after.

Good luck Fukugawa Mai!

BiSH “MONSTERS” MV Released

BiSH-MONSTERS-FAKE-METAL-JACKET

BiSH has released the new MV for their upcoming album track titled MONSTERS.

The start of the video is what you would expect from them, with them in a truck and being dumped on a pile of dirt. After that the video gets better and better, as the members run through explosions and the lyrics are performed by a drill instructor.

Of course, the song is the main point and the strong heavy beat mixes perfectly with the vocals of the members, Aina being the highlight.

The release for FAKE METAL JACKET is set for January 20, so make sure to get a copy since this release is epic!
