C-ute “Cmaj9” Album Covers Released

The covers for C-ute’s upcoming album titled Cmaj9 have been released.

There will be three editions: 1 regular alongside a Limited A and a Limited B. There will be a bonus DVD with footage from C-ute’s concert on April 29 in Ebisu for Limited A, as well as a Blu-ray with MVs for the Limited B.

So far the covers are looking solid with a nice fashion theme for all of them. It’s somewhat interesting that the covers have a more trendy look that is sure to catch the eye of anyone passing by. Limited B is my favorite by far, but the simple look of the regular cover as well as the rectangle look of the Limited A, are amazing.

Release is set for December 23, so it’s just in time for Christmas!

3min “BAD GAME” MV Released

3min Bad Game

3min have released the MV for their song titled BAD GAME.

The group itself has an interesting concept, with their songs and MCs taking place in under 3 minutes. Alongside that they are part of the newly developing EDM Idol era so it’s a group to look out for.

As for the song itself, it has a nice beat to it with vocals that are catchy and with the beat thumping and the lights flashing make it one of those songs you will be humming for hours.

Check it out after the break and keep an eye on this cute EDM idol group!

Flower “Hitomi no Oku no Milky Way” MV Released

Flower Hitomi no Oku no Milky Way

Flower has released the MV for their song Hitomi no Oku no Milky Way.

No, it’s not a song about the candy that almost everyone loves, but it’s equally sweet with a soft and catchy beat that is sure to have you looking up to the stars as you hear the members sing and pose in various grungy parts of the city.

As expected of Flower, the vocals are amazing with a nice rhythm alongside some nice dancing in the middle of the MV. It’s a nice song to enjoy on a calm night, so fans of a more mature idol sound will be happy.

Release is set for December 16, so it’s just a few weeks away!

Petit PASSPO☆ “1.2. Sunrise” Preview Released

Petit Passpo 1.2. Sunrise

Petit PASSPO☆ have released a preview for their song titled 1.2. Sunrise.

The second video is the original and it features some scenes from a charity event so if you see a random sweaty man in the shots then you’ll know why. It’s an interesting contrast having a cute and hyper song mixed with the scenes of the running.

Despite that, the 1st video is the dance shot and it’s quite the nice song with a catchy beat that is sure to have you singing along. The dancing, alongside the vocals combine to form a perfect idol song for those who are fans of the happier side of the idol spectrum.

There is no mention if this will be a single but from what I can gather it seems like we might be enjoying it soon.

Nagahama Neru Has Joined Keyakizaka46

Nagahama Neru Keyakizaka46

Keyakizaka46 have announced the addition of a new member: Nagahama Neru.

She’s 17, and from the Nagasaki prefecture. Her addition to the group was interesting, mainly due to the fact that she wasn’t added as the result of an audition.

She did attend a few auditions, but on the day of the final audition she was brought back home. Her family ended up being invited to a concert in Fukuoka at her father’s request after seeing her cry and with the approval from the staff she started as an underling of the group Hiragana Keyaki.

It’s a nice story that had a happy ending and while we will have to see how she does it does seem like she has what is needed to be part of the group.

Welcome, Nagahama Neru!

Juice=Juice “Next is You! / Karaka Dake ga Otona ni Nattajanai” Single Announced

Juice=Juice

Juice=Juice has announced the release of a new single titled Next is you! / Karada Dake ga Otona ni Nattanjanai.

There will be 6 editions: 2 regular alongside 4 limited editions, with the limited versions featuring a bonus DVD.

Naturally, Next is you! will be performed by the alter ego of the group called NEXT YOU, the fictional unit from the Budokan drama. This should be a nice bonus since fans might get to see them act out their lines in a different manner, but overall it should boost up sales a bit.

There’s a preview for the song out in the wild due to it being announced at the drama event, it’s listed after the break. Basically, the song sounds solid so far with a nice beat to it that is sure to have fans tapping their foot along.

Of course, it sounds kind of simple since it was a recording of a performance but the full version will probably sound much better, so I’m holding back a few comments.

Juice=Juice fans, make sure to get your copy since this seems like a solid single that will be released February 3!

KissBee “Ho de Sagasu Anata no Ondo” MV Released

KissBee

KissBee has released the MV for their song titled Ho de Sagasu Anata no Ondo.

With a school setting alongside some calm idol music, the video itself is simple in a good way. With a theme where the members of the group work together so they can declare their love to a boy in class.

It’s somewhat like a drama in a way since the song definitely fits the theme well. There is some sad parts, but it ends up being an overall nice video to enjoy.

Release was on November 25, so the single is out and ready to be bought by fans!

The MV for Negicco’s Canale no Madobe has been released.

The song is from their upcoming single titled Attoutekina Style -NEGIBAND version-, and thankfully it seems like they decided to go with a more simple style of MV with some background images as they recorded the song.

AKB48 “365 Nicho no Kamihikouki” MV Released

AKB48 Nicho no Kamihikouki

The MV for AKB48’s 365 Nichi no Kamihikouki has been released.

This song is the coupling for Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby, so naturally I was expecting a ballad of some sort to complement the more energetic a-side.

Surprisingly, the song is focused on Sayaka and it’s a nice choice since the song is perfectly suited to her. The beat is slow and passionate so it is just what I imagined and I’m not disappointed since it provides a solid complement for the single.

December 9 is the release of this monumental single, and hopefully this song helps push many to get a copy since it is shaping up to be a solid single so far!
