Juice=Juice Next is you! MV

Juice=Juice have released the MV for their single titled Next is you!

Releasing February 3rd, this single is among the most awaited by fans due to the tie in they had with a drama featuring the members of the group.

The song itself is fast paced, catchy, and overall among the year’s best releases so far for the group. With a swift beat that is sure to leave you wanting more, the song has a nice beat that manages to capture the feeling of hope as they make their way to Budokan.

The setting is a bit boring at times since it’s mainly just a black stage with a moving glittery background. Choreagraphy is a bit interesting since it is a bit more fun and seems to not fit the serious style of the song.

Despite that, the song is among the best for the group and will definitely be on my radar when it comes out in a few weeks.

ANGERME’s Aikawa Maho To Release 1st Solo Blu-Ray

ANGERME Aikawa Maho Blu-Ray Cover

ANGERME member Aikawa Maho will be releasing her 1st solo blu-ray titled Greeting ~Maho Aikawa~.

Release is set for mid-March, with pre-orders open from now until February 10 on the e-LineUP! site. To promote the release there will be an event on May 12 in Tokyo so fans definitely check the event out!

As for the release itself there is a video preview showing off some nice previews and from what I can see it seems like an amazing release so far.

As per usual we get scenes of Aikawa in a seifuku alongside some shots of her in a ballerina outfit, both perfect to showcase her unique abilities. Ending with a shot of her smiling at the camera and playing with the table is a perfect way to tease the hearts of fans into loosening up their wallets.

Well played Maho, it worked.

Morning Musume’s Kudo Haruka To Release 3rd PB

Morning Musume Kudo Haruka PB

Kudo Haruka will be releasing her 3rd PB titled Harukaze.

Releasing February 27, it seems like this photo book will have a fresher theme relating to the translation of the title (Spring Wind). According to the description the PB was shot in Miyakojima and Nagano.

Apart from the info above we don’t know much else about the release, but knowing H!P it seems like we’ll be getting a preview through a video sometime soon. We do have one picture shown above as a slight teaser and as you can tell there will most likely be some bikini pictures.

Hopefully we get to see some more previews but so far it seems like Kudo is turning to be one of the go to members for releases!

Juice=Juice Karada Dake MV

The MV for Juice=Juice’s Karada Dake ga Otona ni Nattan ja nai has been released.

Release is set for February 3rd, so it was natural to get the MVs in the coming weeks.

It seems like only yesterday we got the CD covers, but thankfully the MVs have started to roll out and it seems like Karada Dake ga Otona ni Nattan Janai is the first one.

With a mature tone to the song alongside a cute, playful tone as the members dance on a black dance floor while smiling at the camera and punching a sandbag in between shots, this MV is certainly unique. The image is nice and catchy, and the scenes of the members laughing as they look at the camera is a cute touch.

The song itself is more adult, featuring a nice beat that fits the adult side of the members. Of course, the members are a bit on the young side but it’s nice to see them show off a more grown up sound that will fit the group as they gain foothold on the idol world.

Definitely worth a look, check it out!

Release is set for February 3 in six editions, so it seems like we’re in for an amazing single. As you might remember, the single was announced to be tied in with their drama a while back and we’ve been awaiting more news from this release for a while.

Thankfully, the wait for the covers is done and we now get to enjoy the colorful and very pink themed released. In true Hello! Project fashion every cover has a different theme for fans to choose their favorite.

Since the single will be tied in with the drama some covers feature the name of the group Next You, specifically Regular A, Limited A, and Limited C. It’s a nice touch and fans of the drama can find the single easily when they go out and buy a copy.

Personally, I tend to like multiple covers and this release is no different, with Regular B and Limited A being my favorites. The main one I would say I dislike would definitely have to be Limited B. It might be the whole 3D concept but the lines are a bit too distracting (it might be an image glitch though).

Overall, an amazing group of covers for fans to enjoy, make sure to get your copy soon!

Hello! Project has just announced their 2016 Hinamatsuri Festival.

All of the dates will be taking place at the Pacifico Yokohama Exchibition Hall in Kanagawa:

With a more upbeat sound and guitars roaring in the back as well as a traditional Japanese setting and a dance that catches your eye at a glance, it combines to form an amazing release.

Morning Musume ’16 New Member Auditions Announced

Morning Musume 16 Auditions

Morning Musume ’16 have announced the start of new member auditions titled Morning Musume。16 Shinseiki Audition for their 13th generation.

The auditions are looking for members around 10 to 17 years old, with further details such as dates and audition locations being announced soon.

With the graduation of Sayashi Riho, new members are definitely needed for this iconic idol group. Sure, Fukumura Mizuki is doing an amazing job as the leader, and all the members are solid, but having some new members can definitely help them become an even more solid group.

Momusu fans such as myself fondly remember the excitement generated with each audition. It seems like just yesterday as we saw the audition for the 9th generation where Sayashi Riho, Fukumura Mizuki, Ishida Ayumi, and Suzuki Kanon were added.

The excitement as we rooted for each member, the sadness as talented girls were eliminated. It’s a perfect way to see just what talent we’ll get to enjoy with our next generation.

So far no other info has been revealed, but it seems like we will be seeing the new member(s) being added around Summer or Fall.

Fukumura Mizuki “Yuubae” Preview Released

Fukumura Mizuki Yuubae

A preview for Fukumura Mizuki’s solo Blu-ray titled Yuubae has been released.

There are some things that are universally thought to be beautiful. Flowers blowing in the wind, sunsets on a beach as the waves crash, and of course, Fukumura Mizuki as she smiles.

Thankfully, those of us who are big fans of Fuku-chan won’t have to wait more for a preview of her upcoming Blu-ray since the digest was released recently, and the scenes are simply stunning.

Scenes of her running on the beach, smiling at the camera, and playfully enjoying the breeze in a cute dress on a mountaintop are just a few of the things to enjoy in the preview.

Mizuki fans are probably already watching the video, so why wait!

The Blu-ray will be out on January 20, so it’s just a matter of weeks before then!
