Arai Manami To Release Her 1st PB

Arai Manami’s 1st PB titled Lovely Eyes has been announced.

Manami has always had a more boyish look with short hair being her main distinguishing point, but nonetheless she is quite popular and thankfully it seems like they’ve taken note and announce a PB for fans to enjoy. The release will have 160 pages, so there will be plenty of her to enjoy.

So far no other info has been released but we should be getting a cover and some previews in the coming weeks so stay tuned for that!

The release date is set for November 9.

So far it seems like it was quite a solid and fun concert for fans who attended the concert. Various pictures of fans have been appearing in social media with many performing choreography outside of the venue while they waited.

New releases are always fun and this time we get a chance to enjoy a new release from the idol group Fairies. It’s interesting to see that there will be so many versions, but it gives a chance for each member to get a chance to shine alongside a multitude of other options.

We should be getting more details in the coming months but fans who are interested can pick up a copy at CDJapan now before then.

Electric Ribbon’s leader asCa has announced that she will be graduating from the group.

The group itself is quite unique amongst the other idol groups since they have an electronic DJ style where two members control the music in the back while three others dance in the front. Of course, now that asCa is leaving it’ll be interesting to see just how it goes from here.

Good luck asCa!

She will leave the group on October 24.

Utada Hikaru Is Working On New Music

After giving birth and focusing on her newborn, it seems like Utada Hikaru has been working on new music.

She currently resides in London with her husband and baby boy, but she has mentioned they might be moving back to Japan in Summer 2016.

Anyone who’s been into Japanese music has a general idea of who she is so the fact that she’s working on new music is nothing short of an exciting piece of news since we might be getting a release sometime soon.

Of course, no single or album has been released but with her planned move to Japan we might be getting some more news related to that in the coming year.

Kana Nishino Best Of Albums “Secret Collection” Announced

Kana Nishino has announced the release of her Best Of albums titled Secret Collection ~Red~ and Secret Collection ~Green~.

The albums will contain singles, b-side tracks, as well as other songs with the exact contents of the album being released at a later date. There will be four versions: Regular and Limited Secret Collection ~Red~ and Regular and Limited Secret Collection ~Green~.

This is the second Best Of release from Kana, with the Love Collection being released back in September 2013.

Fans who haven’t gotten a chance to get her recent releases are in luck, but since the release date is a bit far away we don’t have much info of this release for now. We should be getting covers and the tracklist in the coming month so stay tuned!

Nogizaka46’s Newest Single To Be Featured In “Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda”

Nogizaka46’s Ima, Hana Shitai Dareka ga Iru will be used as the OP theme song for the anime Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda.

Anime tie-ins are always great news since it gives a chance for a group to sell a few more copies while promoting the anime at the same time. A song preview was released a while ago and it fits the theme of the anime perfectly so fans are in for a treat

The release date is set for October 28, while the anime will start Airing September 19.

[UPDATED] Tanabe Nanami Joins OnePixcel

UPDATED: Tanabe now has an official Twitter account (@_nanami_1110) as well as an official Instagram account. The first live for the group is set for October 18 at Mt. Rainier Hall Shibuya, while the group will have a Pop-Rock influence.

Former H!P Egg Tanabe Nanami has joined a dance and vocal group called OnePixcel.

H!P Eggs leaving with no notice is not uncommon since many members who seem to have potential disappear only to reappear a few months later in a group outside of the agency. So far not much is known about the group, and it’s not surprising since the Twitter account only has one posting, the above picture.

It’ll be interesting to see how the group develops but for now it’s good to know that Tanapyon is doing alright!

LADYBABY To Perform In Germany

LADYBABY have announced a concert in Germany.

The concert will take place in Cologne, Germany at Werkstatt.

We get yet another addition to the already big list of overseas performances by this interesting Kawaii Death group. I wouldn’t be surprised if we get any more overseas performances since it seems like the group is on fire lately but if you’re in the area definitely check them out!

The concert is set for December 5.
