The covers for LovendoЯ’s upcoming single titled Takaramono / Itsuwari have been released.

Out February 24, this single is certainly among the most awaited for fans of the group as well as former Momusu member Tanaka Reina.

Ever since my short hiatus from Hello! Project I have been wanting to find out more about Reina’s group and it’s great to see that they have a solid following with a steady stream of releases for fans to enjoy.

Sure, there isn’t much info on the songs but I am loving the covers since they have a calm feeling to them, with the Regular B showing off a more adult and dramatic look for the group.

Of course, we should be getting previews for this group’s single soon so it will be a nice treat for everyone to enjoy as they kick off the year with a single.

HKT48’s Sashihara Rino has announced the release of a currently untitled PB.

The PB, releasing March 22, will be aimed to show off her mature side, focusing on the “Adult Sashihara”. As she later explained on Twitter one of the pictures she took shows her without underwear, so it seems like she is doing a great job at showcasing a sexier version of herself.

Morning Musume 16’s Suzuki Kanon Announces Graduation

Morning Musume 16‘s Suzuki Kanon has announced her graduation from the group.

She will be graduating from the group at the end of the group’s Spring tour. According to the notice her decision came as a result of her wanting to work in something related to welfare.

This notice definitely took me by surprise since Suzuki Kanon always seemed like the bubbly idol that would be part of the group for many years to come. Of course, she is among my favorites so it’s certainly a sad notice (seeing the tweet was heartbreaking), but thankfully it seems like she plans to help work and help others after her graduation.

According to her letter, she has been thinking about her future since last year. The Satoyama movement the group was in was something she enjoyed since her contact with people and making them smile convinced her to help do the same to those in need.

Seeing her grow with the group since she first auditioned until her graduation is definitely interesting since we got to see her mature as a member of the group. From developing her position as the funny member of the group to showing off her talented voice, she will always be among the group’s most iconic members.

She made us fans smile and now she will be making everyone smile so thank you Suzuki Kanon and best of luck!

Sayashi Riho To Release Autobiography

Former 9th generation Morning Musume member Sayashi Riho has announced the release of an autobiography titled 17sai no Ketsudan.

The book will talk about her life, her love of dance when she was 6, as well as her experience as a member of being part of Morning Musume until her graduation.

There will be photos of her graduation that aren’t available anywhere else as well as an interview alongside other photos from her career.

The announcement of her graduation was indeed a surprising one, but most idols usually don’t write books shortly after chronicling their lives so it is certainly a surprise to see her doing this.

Of course it’s a nice opportunity for fans to check it out and see just how her life is like and it seems like we’re in for a treat since she is among the most unique members in recent times.

Well worth getting for fans of Morning Musume!

SCANDAL are well known around the world, being among the few Japanese bands that have seen success touring around the world so it’s nice that they are keeping their international fans in mind with the release of their next album.

The addition of an English version of a song is also a nod to us, and while we might be happily giggling in a corner as we await this release it’s good to note that the T-shirt bundle is limited so it’s best to put away those SCANDAL CDs for now and head over to the site and get your own so you can show your pride as a fan to everyone.

Keyakizaka46 Announce Debut Single

Keyakizaka46 Debut Single

Keyakizaka46 have announced the release of their currently untitled debut single.

Releasing April 6 and announced via a video at the bottom of this post, it seems like an incredible way for them to announce their debut. Of course the video is apparently only available in Japan so those lucky ones that have seen the video will find out for themselves.

For us gaijin it is still a happy occasion since the group is certainly among the most promising. The single will feature handshake events as is idol tradition so fans in the area are definitely encouraged to check it out.

SKE48 Yukari Yamashita Graduation

SKE48’s Yukari Yamashita has announced her graduation from the group.

According to her she has been thinking about her decision for a while so it seems like it was a decision that was considered for a while. Of course, further details such as her graduation haven’t been decided but should be announced on the group’s site.

The ’48 graduation train is still going on and while it might be sad that so many members have graduated in such a short time it seems like many have decided to start a new life outside of the group.

Chu-Z’s Asuka To Graduate From Group

Chu-Z Asuka Graduation

Chu-Z member Asuka has announced her graduation from the group on March 24th.

This was announced on their TV program, alongside the MV for GIRLS ON THE RUN which was released in her honor. Her last release will be their upcoming album titled Chu-Z My Selection which will be releasing on March 9th.

It’s sad to see members that have been with the group leave but despite not knowing the reason behind the graduation she will definitely be missed. It’s good to see that they did release the MV for fans to enjoy since it’s a nice reminder of her tenure in the group.

NMB48’s Kurokawa Hizuki Will Go On Hiatus

NMB48 Kurokawa Hizuki

NMB48’s Kurokawa Kizuki has announced that she will be going on hiatus.

This was announced at the group’s recent performance in Osaka. According to her she will be taking a break from February 4th to focus on her studies, with a projected hiatus of 4 months.

It’s not quite a graduation, but it is still as sad as one since we will be going a few months without her being part of the group. Of course, studies are priority so it’s good to see that she will be focusing on that for the time being.

It’s good to note that she did mention the possibility of her graduating but deciding against it since she does seem dedicated to her ambitions in life.
