News
> Tokyo Girls’ Style transform into magical idols in the MV for Hikaru yo
Well, this is a treat. Remember Tokyo Girls’ Style and their non-idol approach to Jpop? It seems like they’re taking a step towards sounding a bit more idol-esque with their latest single. It’s a delightful mix of dancing, magical girl transformations, and a rather upbeat song. Well worth a watch!
> Zenbu Kimi no Sei Da channel their inner vampire in the MV for Romance Sect
Vampires are in this year, so Zenbu Kimi no Sei Da are donning vampire fangs as they sing along to a heavy song. It’s a pretty awesome release, with a dark tone that is sure to tickle your idolcore loving heart. It’s all over the place, but hey, that’s what happens in a Zenkimi MV. Check it out above!
> sora tob sakana step into a dream world in the MV For knock!knock!
sora tob sakana have a treat for everyone today. OK, imagine a giant whale floating in the sky, an alien spaceship, and more dreamy scenes playing while they sing to the tune of a song packed full of calm and catchy beats. It’s a unique MV and one that is sure to have you questioning your existence. Fun!
> DESURABBITS sing in a grim classroom in the MV for Sotsugyou Shoujo – Mirai e –
DESURABBITS have been all over the place. They disappeared for a year and have come back with what I can only call a masterpiece. It’s packed to the brim with metal beats, heavy guitars, and pop vocals. This is a welcome return and hopefully a sign that we’ll get more music soon. Probably not, but I can dream.
> GIRLFRIEND play instruments in a colorful room for their Heroine ni Naritai MV
GIRLFRIEND are a pretty fun group. They have a successful Youtube channel where they cover songs and so far they have released a variety of singles that are top notch girl band goodness. Well, their latest release is a treat, with a variety of fun and colorful scenes that are sure to confuse and delight you.
> BILLIE IDLE who? BULLY IDOL sing on a TV show for their Soshite, Mata.. (Remix) MV
BILLIE IDLE is so 2018. In true WACK fashion we get a pretty interesting mix of members thrown into a special unit to cover the song. Of course, it’s another excuse to have Ayuni D. and AiNA singing but as a big Ayuni fan I’m totally into it. It’s worth a watch if you’re into the original song!
> Tsubaki Factory dance among the cubes in the intense MV for Sankaime no Date Shinwa
Tsubaki Factory are quickly rising to be one of the most promising H!P groups, and their latest single is a pretty good step in the right direction. It’s a standard MV for the most part, but that song. Oh boy, that song is a good one. Imagine Morning Musume levels of ballad and you have yourself a release that you’ll love.

Encore
This week we have Fuwa Fuwa and their MV for Viva!! Lucky 4.
Normally I would make a full dedicated post to a release from Fuwa Fuwa. But, when an MV is around a minute long it makes sense to save it for a Sunday Encore instead.
Well, here we are.
It’s pretty short, but in it we get to see a variety of shots showing off the members as they look magnificent. I mean, take a look at that thumbnail below, that’s pure classy right there. There are other outfits added in the MV, with Fuwa Fuwa wearing some frilly dresses in the dance shots.
A fancy MV deserves a fancy song and in a way we do get that. There are some electronic beats thrown in there, but the bulk of the song has a ballad feel to it. It’s a pretty interesting song, since at times it has a funky sound but in a way it works.
Overall, it’s a fancy package that fans of the group are sure to love. Not into Fuwa Fuwa? Well, this song might not convert you but it’s still a decent song to enjoy if you have a minute to spare.
I mean, it’s only a minute so hey, why not?
